We now offer Boxing For Weight Loss. This program is for people who want a little extra challenge while benefiting from learning boxing skills and defense. This program includes 20 minutes of strength & conditioning, 5 minutes of core training with 35 minutes of Boxing. You will learn boxing punches and combinations, footwork , defense and more.
