I know how challenging it can be trying to create your own fitness program. Most of the time people just duplicate what they see on social media in order to start their training session. Although there are alot of great fitness coaches and enthusiasts on social media just following someone's workout without proper guidance can lead to juries. So here's a few tips that you can consider.
Tip#1 Write down your fitness goals
Tio#2 Commit to a fitness program at least twice a week.
Tip#3 Use weight that you can manage easily.
Tip#4 Conduct research as it pertains to train principles, Range of motion (ROM). Nutrition etc...
