As we are all aware the heat wave is here. Therefore it's important to stay properly hydrated. If you have issues with drinking plan water, then I recommend mineral water, lemon water, coconut water or perhaps chilled cold ice tea. Whatever you choose is ok, just make sure it is a choice you are making to stay hydrated.
