When starting a new workout plan it's important to understand which is better Weight Training or Body Weight Exercises. Well let's take a closer look. Weights will provide more value as it pertains to developing overall strength and power because weights can be added. Whole body exercises can provide strength and power but only to a certain level. Body weight exercises can also be more safe. Therefore allowing you the opportunity to learn proper form before you add weights. Weights can provide some discomfort to certain joints and muscles, especially if you have nagging injuries. So which choice is better? In my personal opinion it all comes down to your individual fitness goals and your fitness level. If you are unsure how to start a fitness program you should consult a fitness trainer both of the exercises are excellent choices. #CoachK.Jackson
