Weight loss Tips

Well summer is upon us, so for many people it's weight loss time. When it comes to weight loss it can be quite stressful, especially if you have no idea what you are doing. One of the biggest mistakes I see is people going on fad diets to lose weight quickly. This is a trap and it will not last for too long. To loss weight from a science based perspective it takes time, knowledge and determination. So I will share a few important tips to help you along your weight loss journey.

#1 Stop gaining weight: establish a caloric deficit with a manageable meal plan.


#2 Protein Intake: Protein is essential for weight loss make sure you don't miss you Protein cycles.


#3 Water Intake: You must stay properly hydrated for weight loss as well.


#4 Weigh lifting: Weight training is excellent for weight loss as you want to replace storage fat with lean muscle mass.


#5 Rest: Rest is very important for weight loss. You should be going to sleep on the left side of 12 am at least 6-8 hours if possible. Well I hope this information was helpful. And until next time
