As a fitness coach I understand how difficult it can be trying to loss on your own. So I will share some excellent weight loss strategies, and I truly believe these strategies can be helpful.
#1 Make a commitment to change.
#2 Set realistic goals.
#3 Plan on 3 Small meals/ 2 snacks.
#4 monitor caloric intake.
#5 Differentiate hunger and appetite.
#6 Eat less Fat.
#7 Cut unnecessary food items/ cookies, candy etc...
#8 Add foods that reduce cravings/ fish, eggs. Vegetables.
#9 Avoid automatic eating.
#10 Do not serve more food then you can eat.
#11 Eat out infrequently.
#12 Get support.
#13 Do not place unhealthy foods in reach.
#14 Perpare for slip ups.
#15 Think Positive.
