As each day seems to get hotter and hotter it's important to stay hydrated. Many individuals don't like drinking plan water. However there are some healthy fluid choices that will help you say hydrated.

#1 carbonated water (Perrier)

#2 tea

#3 coconut water

#4 lemon water



Remember to avoid sugary drinks and pre- workout drinks unless you have done your research. Well I hope this information was helpful.
