As you begin your fitness journey it's important to understand how to train yourself. The proper range of motion (ROM) comes to mind as well as safety. However, have you considered your training principle? Training principles should be applied to all fitness routines, rather it be Supersets, Dropsets, Progressive Overload just to name a few. These training principles should be apart of your fitness program. It's always great to educate yourself regarding training techniques and training principles.
