When we think about mediation it brings to mind a spiritual connection within one's self. Having the ability to free your mind is essential and also imperative. There are many ways to support your mental health. However I personally believe that mediation is a great way to quiet the noise in your brain. Mediation gives you awareness of your current reality, the present moment. So many times in life we are mentally in the future or the past. When we need to stay focused on the moment. Being present in the moment allows us to be grateful, humble, and appreciative. So if you haven't tried mediation I truly recommend it. Well peace and health to the community. #CoachK.Jackson

Grand Rising Coach! Just finished week 1 with 4 days of work outs. Keeping in mind of the journey and the progress. After reading your words of wisdom from two days ago, this ia more confirmation of trusting the process and being in the now! Meditation helps tremendously. I am making my best attempt of not being too far in the future, not to far in the past...steady now, steady now! Peace and blessings!
This is so true, but easier said than done. I’ve had a difficult time making this practice stick. Have yet to find a compelling app. If anyone has suggestions or recommendations I’m interested. 🙏🏼🧘🏻♀️
