Goals keep us inspired and motivated. However, if you are not prioritizing your goals you will fall short regarding your accomplishments. I'm a firm believer in writing down my goals just to get a visual impact. When I write my goals down I'm holding myself accountable. There are many types of goals you can set for yourself, long or short term goals. I do believe if you struggle with commitment you may want to consider establishing short term goals. This will allow you to build momentum and confidence. An example would be. I plan to exercise three days this week, once accomplish move forward to the next goal. Never be afraid to challenge yourself, and always believe in yourself. If the people in your life don't respect or support your goals, then they are a distraction in your life. Well I hope this was helpful to the community. #coachjackson
