Post Workout Meal

What is your favorite post workout meal? Well this is simple for me a Whey Isolate Protein Shake. Whey protein is one of the best complete protein powders around in my opinion. After each workout I have whey protein powder. Whey also as all the essential amino acids that help with muscle building and recovery. I strongly recommend Whey protein unless you are vegetarian or vegan. As a reminder Whey protein comes in two forms, Whey Isolate great for weight loss or cutting and great if you are lactose intolerant. Next is Whey Concentrate, this has more calories per serving yet still very good. So drop a comment and let us know what's your favorite post workout meal.
