It's important to value your Mental health. So many times in life we put ourselves last. Therefore we start to devalue ourselves, and shame ourselves. However that is not the answer. The approach is to consistently tell yourself that you love you. That you value you for who you are. The power of loving yourself brings about an inner peace to can keep your Mental Health at ease. So today's exercise is for whoever is reading this blog. Go find a mirror look straight into your eyes then tell yourself you love you! This is very power if done seriously.
