It's important to understand the caloric value of your Marco's so let's take a look. Protein 1 gram 4 calories. Carbs 1 gram 4 calories. Fats 1 gram 9 calories. So if you had a meal that had 20 grams of protein that would be a total of 80 calories, as you would multiply grams total by 4. And this is the same for the rest of the Marco's such as Carbs and Fats. Now I will add a bonus Alcohol 1 gram is 9 calories.
