It's important to have peace within just to quiet all the noise in your mind. Life as we know it can be very challenging, especially if you are responsible for other people like children, spouse, etc... Therefore taking some time for yourself should be a priority. Remember It's okay to rest. It's okay to focus on your mental health. I recommend creating a montra for yourself. I like to say I feel Redeemed. That's one of my montras. Also strive for discipline over motivation because motivation comes and goes, but discipline will last forever. #CoachK.Jackson
