Identifying your triggers.

As you start your fitness journey it's important to identify your triggers, especially if you are embracing a weight loss program. For most individuals food is the biggest trigger to overcome, however triggers can also be considered person's, places or things. So be mindful of situations, or individuals whom may cause you to make poor choices. It's takes introspection to Identify your triggers, and you must be willing to embrace a healthy mindset inorder to overcome your triggers. Example would be having the courage to ask for help, or perhaps you develop a solid strategy to overcome your triggers. Whatever the case maybe just be honest with yourself this will allow you the opportunity to make better choices. #CoachK.Jackson
