As the holiday season is approaching it's important to establish an healthy mindset as it pertains to your fitness goals. This is a great opportunity to set some principles in place as it relates to your food choices over this holiday season. I'm not suggesting that you can't enjoy yourself, however there must be limitations. Also keep in mind there are several holidays approaching. So one strategy could be eat more of this on this holiday, and less of this on this holiday. That is just an example. But I do believe establishing a healthy mindset early will help from going over board. Well peace and health to the community
