My favorite healthy snack are Cashews. Cashews are low in sugar and rich in fiber. They also serve as a heart- healthy fat and plant protein. They're also a good source of magnesium, copper and manganese. These nutrients helps with bones, immunity and energy production. So I recommend Cashews as a quick and go to healthy snack.
