When it comes to nutrition, it's important to understand what foods you should be eating. Therefore I will be providing a list of essential food items. You may add to your own list, or perhaps subtract some of these food items. Ok let's start with PROTEIN all meats should be over 90% lean remember this point.
Eggs, egg whites, fish/ seafood, Chicken, beef, pork, milk, cheese, yogurt, beans, lentils, tofu, nuts/seeds. CARBS- Oats, wheat bread, wheat pasta, brown rice, barley, quinoa, whole grain cereal, wheat tortillas. CARBS-(Fruits & Vegetables) Apples, berries, bananas, oranges, peaches, pineapples, sweet potatoes, carrots
FAT- Almonds, flax seeds, chia seeds, olive oil, avocados, walnuts, pecans, Almond butter, pumpkin seeds.
