Starting a new fitness & nutrition program can be very challenging. Many people have a very difficult time finding their motivation. And that's the problem seeking motivation before you understand your WHY! It's important to understand "WHY" you are seeking better health, What is your WHY for eating healthy. It could be to live longer, to improve your overall confidence, attitude etc.. to see your grand children graduate. All these are excellent reasons to get into shape. However you must understand this for yourself. Because once you truly understand your WHY, you won't forget it nor give up on yourself. So if you are reading this what is your WHY?
