Cheat Meals.

Often times I'm asked this question Coach when can I have a cheat meal. And, it's simple whenever you want too. However the important issue is not to turn a cheat meal into a day of unhealthy eating. You must allow yourself to be human, but be discipline enough to create limitations when it pertains to your nutrition. Let's remember fitness transformation is a lifestyle choice not a phase. So keep track of your eating habits and always understand this. Your fitness goals are more important than your sugar cravings. #CoachK.Jackson
