Boxing is an excellent exercise to improve your endurance, strength and overall conditioning. Boxing is also great for weight loss, and muscle toning. There are boxing group classes or private boxing lessons, so If you have never tried boxing you should do so. It's a fun and high energy workout. Also it's important to understand that boxing is an art and craft with many different styles and techniques in which provides an excellent workout selection. One of the things I love most about boxing is that you get an incredible core workout without even realizing it. It’s impossible to be bored because it’s so mentally challenging. Boxing workouts go by so quickly for me because I’m focused on the drills instead of the clock. The cardio benefits are incredible and if you’re a runner will greatly improve your endurance.
