In life we are faced with many different distractions, some we ignore and some we fall victim to. As you begin your fitness journey it's important to minimize your distractions because distractions leads to poor choices often times, thus hindereds your commitment.
A distractions can be a person, place , or thing. So we must be mindful of what demands our attention to the point we will sacrifice our own goals. So if distractions are a huge problem for you, it's important to develop strategies to will keep you focused on what's important.
For example, if your phone is a major distraction then perhaps you might consider turning your phone off if you can, or leave it In another room. It's important to acknowledge and be honest regarding your level of distractions, thus prepare for them ahead of time.
