When starting a fitness program you need to ask yourself one important question? How committed are you? How far will you go to reach your goals? Most individuals just have a vision of how they want to look. However lack commitment in which hinders overall results. A true fitness commitment starts with having the right mindset. Sometimes I put a little twist to it you know I might eat a tuna sandwich with some smoke oysters can’t smoke oysters that’ll be my cheat meal with some crackers awesome keto bread that’ll be my cheat meal on Saturdays
I take a cheat meal only on Saturdays and I eat what I want but you know how eaten nothing but fish and salad so that’s probably all I eat cause I’m on his salad diet right now vegetables and everything is not a diet I’m just eating that right now Coach Jackson
